Registration is open NOW for the ADAPT Community Network 2025 Virtual Family Connect Summit
ADAPT Community Network is a not-for-profit providing programs and services for people with disabilities through education, technology, health, residential and recreational programs in all five boroughs of New York City.
The summit will take place on Wednesday, November 5th, 2025 from 10:00am to 3:00pm with informational sessions followed by a Q&A. Topics include self-advocacy, life transitions, and informed choice. Family members and caretakers of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as professionals who support individuals with I/DD are welcome to join.
