Vincent Peter DeMarco, MD
Overview
Dr. DeMarco is a board-certified family medicine physician seeing patients along all phases of life. He received his medical degree from Loyola University of Chicago where he completed the Global Health Honors Program, rotating in Ecuador and Bolivia. He completed residency in family medicine at the University of Maryland serving as chief resident in his final year of training.
Dr. DeMarco is interested in all things primary care, but especially preventive medicine, travel/international medicine, emotional and mental well-being, COVID and post-COVID care, musculoskeletal concerns, and care of chronic conditions. His passion for family medicine stems from the opportunity to get to know his patients and understand how to optimize their care. He appreciates a team-based approach to medicine and enjoys collaborating with other specialties across the ColumbiaDoctors network.
In addition to his clinical care Dr. DeMarco is a member of the Digital Health Executive Committee, collaborates with the Weinberg Family Cerebral Palsy Center, and has an interest in medical education. Outside of work he enjoys travelling, exploring New York, and really anything outdoors.
