Genetic Causes of Cerebral Palsy
Approximately 25-30 percent of people with CP may have an underlying genetic cause. Identifying a genetic cause for a person’s CP can lead to important changes in how their healthcare is managed. This information can affect treatment decisions, medical management, and access to new therapies. Pediatric Neurologist Jennifer M.
